![]() ![]() I set up their screen this way (they use image-only slides to show the music, so the OpenSong control window may look a little different than what you might expect):īoth vMix Desktop Capture (though not vMix itself) and BibleShow are free/closed source. Present any song, specifying the order of slides, such as verse 1, then chorus, then verse 2, then the chorus again, etc. They are running vMix, so we used the vMix Desktop Capture application to capture the screen and NDI Video Monitor (Windows only app) from BibleShow, which I found was a little easier for the volunteer staff at this church to use. OpenSong is a free, open-source software application created to manage lyrics, chords, lead sheets, overheads, computer projection, and more. I completed a new installation over the weekend for a church where I used this approach but with different NDI tools. The name of the open song is identified in the status bar at the top of the screen. Now, every time the slide is opened, the video will start playing automatically. ![]() ![]() This will enable the autoplay feature for your video. Now select the option Play (automatically) under Video playback. To provide two identical displays, you would need to use some type of screen mirroring technology. After the Format Options menu appears, find and click on the box that says Play (on click). Henry, at the moment OpenSong does only support one monitor for presentation. ![]()
